The 2026 LIBSENSE Nigeria ECR Leadership Programme welcomed 35 early-career researchers from 20 institutions across Nigeria.

Outcomes
All participants left with action plans to establish or improve open science practices at their home institutions, with follow-up mentoring provided through the LIBSENSE network.
